Sassy has passed....

Postby judymae on Wed Feb 17, 2010 11:44 am

Sassy, our older rescue horse, slipped in the mud on Thursday morning...she never got back up. David and Tyler tried for hours in the snow to get her back up...when they got her flipped over the leg that had been under her was broken. It killed David to put her down....I miss her sooo much already...

She was lucky that she was able to have so much love at the end of her life.

That's the only reason I was able to make it through her passing....I know that she had food and love the last year and a half...
